The room had a sweet hardwood floor that we loved... until we moved in. The landlord put a cheap finish on it to "protect" the floor. I don't know if it was just cheap, if they didn't clean the floor before they put it on or what the deal was, but it would flake and come off. Not very fun when you get out of the shower and walk on the floor to get finish on the bottom of your feet.
The kitchen doesn't get any bigger. In fact, it's smaller. That's Kim there in the kitchen. We ate on bar stools on that counter. Right next to the microwave... Good times.
I think the only good thing about the place was that it had a fresh coat of paint on the walls and the carpet and tile was new. Here's the front room with the kitchen right next to it. Having people over was always fun.
