K, so yes, we are alive. Swamped, but alive.
In the past couple months, we've had to deal with upcoming finals, loosing a job, finding a job, repairing the house and just life in general. This year in general has been pretty crazy. Right now as I type, I am waiting for a movie to finish rendering for one of my final projects. Kim literally just walked in the door from taking a test. And this week I've spent a total of about 25-28 hours on campus. And it's only Wednesday night. And that's usually what I spend on campus for about a week and then some. Yeah. Not cool.
Kim has been studying like mad. She's taken two tests this week, has another one to do and then finals next week. Yeah. Not cool.
So why do all the teachers in the world wait until the last 2 weeks of school to make everything due? That is the question of this blog post. In almost all of my classes, I have final exams AND final projects. In fact, I have a final exam and two final projects in one of my classes!! One group project and one individual project! And these aren't just tiny little things like a one page paper... This is design and test a full on iPhone app and the other is building a web site! Yeah... Not. Cool...
Once this stupid movie finishes rendering, I'll prob throw it up on YouTube and on here. Until then...
